I understand that acts with confetti, fire, large props, or liquids must be approved by the venue & producer.

I understand that failure to advertise the event, arrive on time, or meet cast submission deadlines may result in my dismissal from the cast.

I understand failure to follow cast & crew rules may result in dismissal from the cast. 1) Performers may not be on stage while impaired. 2) No one is permitted backstage other than cast & crew.

I understand that selected cast members are required to submit their music at least 1 week prior to the event date. Failure to submit my music in MP3 format to maemoisellepresents@gmail.com by the deadline may result in dismissal from the cast.

I understand I must send 2 photos and 1 video to maemoisellepresents@gmail.com in order to finalize my application. The video should be at minimum 2 minutes in length and showcase the talent I intend to perform live.
